Wall Street roots with a love of vintage fashion
Kristen Fanarakis spent nearly thirteen years working on Wall Street in foreign exchange trading for such firms as Merrill Lynch and Citibank prior to launching Senza Tempo.
She grew up in North Carolina attending the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (BA) and its Kenan-Flagler School of Business (MBA). She also holds an MS in International Economics.
She wrote a novel based on her experience on Wall Street, The Debutante’s Guide to Wall Street. She was not a debutante, but an avid wearer of A-line skirts and pearls which (can you see the theme in Senza Tempo?)
She lives in Charleston with her rescue Shih-Tzu from Los Angeles, Kassie.
