If Senza Tempo does not deliver to your country, we will ship to other countries on a case by case basis. Please email us at email@example.com for a quote.
Orders are generally shipped same day, but will be shipped within two days.
Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the first business day when the postal service is operating.

International shipping rates are for up to three items. International shipping is not inclusive of duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for any import duties and taxes.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you’re delighted with your order. If you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may return or exchange items within 21 days. Item should be returned in its original packaging. All tags must be attached and the item MUST NOT show any signs of wear.
Please note: returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number and reason for the return in your email.
*Final sale items can only be exchanged for store credit.
The item must be sent back to Senza Tempo within 21 days of the order receipt. Returns WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED after 21 days.
**Customers are responsible for the shipping charges for any return. We suggest returning items using a trackable shipping method.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color follow the steps below, but please detail in your email to Client Service which item you would like in exchange and we will put this item aside for you. It will be sent once we receive your returned item. Items should be returned unused and with all Senza Tempo garment tags/packaging still attached. They must be returned in the original condition they were sent to you in.
Returns or exchanges that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.
In the rare event that you receive a faulty item (i.e. damaged or manufacturing fault) we will exchange or provide a full refund for the item. Please email email@example.com with photos of the damage as soon as it is received.
Steps to return or exchange an item
- Please ensure returned items are unworn, have all their original tickets attached and are in their original SENZA TEMPO packaging.
- Carefully repackage the item(s) securely in the box or bag. Clients will be not be granted a refund for returns items that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
- Clearly print your original order number on the outer packaging.
- We will email you once your package is received and inspected. You will receive a credit via your original method of payment.
Senza Tempo Fashion does not refund duties and taxes.
