About Us

Senza Tempo’s founder spent over a decade working in foreign exchange on Wall Street prior to launching the brand. Form and function are equally important in her design philosophy.

Made in L.A.

As a North Carolinian, the founder knew the brand had to be American made and wouldn’t consider overseas production. It’s about ethics and economics, as well as quality.

The Senza Tempo Silhouettes

Senza Tempo (It.)  Without regard to time. Timeless.

Three timeless silhouettes anchor every Senza Tempo collection: the hourglass, the shift and the trapeze.

“It’s such a new look!” exclaimed Bazaar Editor-in-Chief, Carmel Snow, about Christian Dior’s debut collection. The hourglass silhouette returned femininity to women’s clothing in the post WWII era and launched a global fashion revolution.

Former first lady Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis’ style is practically synonymous with ladylike and sartorial grace, and the shift dress was one of her go-to silhouettes.  As one of the most influential and elegant figures in modern fashion, women continue to draw inspiration from her sophisticated style.

Gamine supermodel Twiggy, Lesley Lawson, was the fashion icon and face of the London’s swinging Mod sixties. The clean, A-line shape and sleek construction of the trapeze dress defined the style of this period.  This silhouette was both functional and ultra-modern.
