Delivery & Returns


We offer complimentary ground shipping for orders within the United States via UPS or USPS. These orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days depending on your location (please note: we do not have control over the delivery service transit times or unexpected delays.)  

Most orders ship same day if placed before 5 p.m. EST, or the next business day. Orders can take 3 business days to be processed.

If you need an order by a certain date, expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. After you place 

**Please Note: shipping costs will not be refunded on any return or exchange. The customer is responsible for mailing the item back for all returns and we suggest using a trackable method. We will re-ship the exchanged item at no additional charge.**

We offer international shipping worldwide. Shipments leaving the U.S. and entering a foreign country are subject to the taxes and duties as determined by customs in the destination country.

Note: because Senza Tempo is made in the U.S. there are no duties when shipping to Canada or Mexico due to NAFTA agreements.

International orders can be exchanged, but are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipment cost to return and re-send order.

We offer flat rate shipping to Canada, Europe and Australia. Other countries will be calculated at check-out.

If you prefer to have items shipped via Fed Ex or DHL, additional charges may apply including customs brokerage fees once the item arrives in the destination country. Please send us an email after you place your order and we will adjust the order to change the shipping method. 


Orders up to $1000 = $25 USD (standard) | $50 (express)

Orders $1001 to $2000 = $35 USD | $70 (express) 

Orders > $2000 receive free standard shipping to Canada


Orders up to $1000 = $60 USD (standard) | $120 (express)

Orders $1001 to $3000 = $70 USD | $140 (express) 

Orders > $3000 receive free standard shipping 

Note: Shipping times may be delayed during major holidays in the U.S. and receiving country.



Our goal is to help you make the best decision to avoid the need to return an item. Every time we ship a garment, we add to its original carbon footprint and our goal is to minimize the footprint of every item through extensive reuse.  

If you are not satisfied with your Senza Tempo, you must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at: kristen  at with your order number and reason for return.

*If you would like to exchange your item, please email us your desired size and we will set aside the other item which will be shipped as soon as we receive your return.*

Items must be returned in the same condition and original packaging. We will not accept any items that show any signs of wear or that have been damaged due to improper return shipping. 

Because we aim to help every client make the best decision before you order, clients are responsible for all return shipping charges.

We recommend sending items via a trackable method and to package the items as they were sent to you. We are not responsible for any damage from the return transit and will not issue a refund due to inadequate packing. 


Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will then issue your refund. If you were charged shipping costs, they will not be refunded.

International orders are non-refundable.
