Senza Tempo has started its liquidation and all discounted items are final.

Some final sale items can be exchanged upon request —however, the buyer is responsible for return shipping back to Senza Tempo and for applicable shipping costs on the exchange. Exchanges must be requested within 2 days of receipt of order.

 Please consult our size guide or message us prior to placing an order if you need help with sizing. We are happy assist you with sizing questions.

*If you would like to exchange your item, please email us your desired size and we will set aside the other item which will be shipped as soon as we receive your return.*
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Items must be returned in the same condition and original packaging. We will not accept any items that show any signs of wear or that have been damaged due to improper return shipping. We recommend sending items via an insured, trackable method and to package the items as they were sent to you. We are not responsible for any damage from the return transit and will not issue a refund due to inadequate packing. 
RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED BY Senza Tempo WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL ORDER DELIVERY.
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will then issue your refund. If you were charged shipping costs, they will not be refunded. If the item has been damaged in transit, buyer is responsible for re-shipment costs. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance to prevent losses.
International orders are non-refundable. 

 

Delivery

We offer complimentary ground shipping for orders within the United States via UPS or USPS. These orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days depending on your location (please note: we do not have control over the delivery service transit times or unexpected delays.)  

Most orders ship same day if placed before 5 p.m. EST, or the next business day. Orders can take 3 business days to be processed.

If you need an order by a certain date, expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. 

We offer international shipping worldwide. Shipments leaving the U.S. and entering a foreign country are subject to the taxes and duties as determined by customs in the destination country.

Note: because Senza Tempo is made in the U.S. there are no duties when shipping to Canada or Mexico due to NAFTA agreements.

International orders can be exchanged, but are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipment cost to return and re-send order.

We offer flat rate shipping to Canada, Europe and Australia. Other countries will be calculated at check-out.

If you prefer to have items shipped via Fed Ex or DHL, additional charges may apply including customs brokerage fees once the item arrives in the destination country. Please send us an email after you place your order and we will adjust the order to change the shipping method. 

Canada

Orders up to $1000 = $25 USD (standard) | $50 (express)

Orders $1001 to $2000 = $35 USD | $70 (express) 

Orders > $2000 receive free standard shipping to Canada

Europe

Orders up to $1000 = $60 USD (standard) | $120 (express)

Orders $1001 to $3000 = $70 USD | $140 (express) 

Orders > $3000 receive free standard shipping
